Day 22 of 84. I have been doing well since I discovered iced coffee with a scoop of protein. It’s actually so tasty 😋. Today I need to re-evaluate what my goal weight is. I was not expecting to be here after only 22 days of this program but I am training hard 6 days a week. I’m going to do some research and see if I can come to a healthy goal weight
