A weekend camping has not helped, kebabs, burgers, bacon butties, crips, McD's, then out last night for an "end of year" curry...not wise choices either.

So its back on the horse, the 10th of August and September are key dates to "look and feel" my best
111.8 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
