It’s been 3 and a half weeks since I started working out at the the LA fitness by our new house. I have been working with a personal trainer just doing 30 minute sessions twice a week, with low impact HIIT (stair master, elliptical) on my own. The personal training has really helped keep me accountable in getting my muscles back in gear after a very hard last two years.
73.2 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
