I have increased my daily Step Goal to 12500. I actually met or exceeded it 10 out of the last 11 days. My last 7 day average is over 15000. I also did my first Walk/Run on a 6.5 mile circuit ( I ran on the downhill parts ) and had a 15’10” pace. Starting to be proud of myself again.
