Day 14 of 84 feeling good still and not bored of the meal plan. Been putting hot sauce on almost all the meal but not recording it. Spinach for breakfast is starting to get a lil boring but it’s still okay. Excited to crush week 3!
51.2 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
