A.M. fasting BS 132, weight 177.4 Very tired this morning -- I am not a morning person! Think it will take coffee to wake me up this morning.Planned: 1340 cal; 74/4/22% Update: 1154 cals. 73/5/22 %; 10.21 net carbs. I did better than I planned. I used yesterday's leftover kale/zucchini stir fry for the omelet at lunch, and took only one egg for supper at work this evening. Feeling more energetic than this morning! At 11:10 pm my BS is 110. I'm going to skip my Januvia tonight and see what happens in the morning.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
