Last day of antibiotics, hopefully this weight will go down now
77.5 kg Lost so far: 34.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You will most definitely loose the weight. Try not doing a weight check in till the weekend. Let your body recuperate x

At least you’ve finished with them. Are you feeling better though? That’s the main thing.

Phooka, it was a tooth infection, dentist tomorrow so I hope that the inflammation has gone down enough.

Hey, I'm quite new to this. But something that may help is just changing your routine slightly. It's more than likely just some water retention, it worked for me. It's very hard to motivate but started a sweat session within 20 mins of waking up. Any who won't hurt to try it I'm sure.
