So iv decided to go down to 1360 calories. Iv been dieting since January and i still have 8lbs to lose. I rlly want to hurry it up because im so done with dieting. I hope i will be in my ideal weight before October.
52.6 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
