So a business conference week later, due to intensity, the weight is a current 240.2. No real indulgence, just practice foods. Aaaand, I have had a sinus cough all week, so drinking some kind of tea all day opened my eyes to body repairing itself, when parental response to urges is given. The eczema was on a hot undercurrent high level, which means stress relief self care as well. Over all, a fairly great week.
109.0 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, it was a non keto style and because of the go,go,go conference, higher demand pulled better than exercising. Hmmmm I am surprised.
