crappy ass food day...weigh in back up 4 lbs...i think i like food too much to make this work...nighty night

Thanks so much for the supportive words guys!! I guess it's one of those things like any other right you gotta just keep trying...it's funny how often i forget that for MYSELF but always wanna offer those same supportive words/feelings to other....hmmm need to remember that it is not just the body i gotta change but my mindset too. Glad this spot is here with folks like y'all😁
