A.M. fasting BS: 128. Weight 179.6 is lowest I've been since Jan 30 right after I got home from a 15 day cruise on which I lost 6 pounds by skipping bread and eating as close to Keto as I could. But it slowly came back because I didn't really understand eating Keto at the time, and went back to my old way of eating.
Time to peel peaches and put in the freezer!Just 3 quarts this morning.
I had a protein smoothie for breakfast, this time with Melalueca chocolate protein, almond milk, coffee, 2 tbls of coconut oil. Was delicious! I didn't mind the oil in it at all. Planning cabbage stir fry for lunch and chicken fajitas for supper. Results should be 1116 cals, with 70/9/21 %. While 1000 calories was not working for me, 1200 seems so much easier to work with. I can plan ahead but often have to readjust, depending on the mysteries of the days activities! Update: We ate out at Cracker Barrel, then drove to Oklahoma and back. My new total cals was 1302, with 72/6/22 %. I looked up their menu before we left home, and chose what I could eat: bacon, turkey sausage and scrambled egg whites, without going over my cals. But I did eat the grits that came with the meal.Net carbs 15.94. Still not too bad, but I didn't reward myself with a Cracker Barrel refrig. magnet because I didn't resist the grits.Better next time!
Supposed to get up to 106 degrees today. There's a heat warning out. They are actually warning people to turn up their ACs today so electricity suppliers aren't overloaded. This hot in July is unusual for us. We are hitting records last set in 2011. That fits with the estimated 7 year cycle in weather. Steps today: 2716 (Didn't ride exercise bike)
81.5 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
