hello and whoa! was pleasantly surprised to see a 3 lb weight loss at weigj in this morning?? now I am completely aware that it was water weight (I guess drinking green tea and butt loads of water is doing what it's supposed to do lol) but sometimes I'm so desperate to see the scale move and numbers go down, that i'll take it. Well, maybe we'll see what tomorrow brings (or takes).


97.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
