I woke up this morning well rested and ready to get my day started. I have blackout curtains in my bedroom and no lights on when I go to bed. I've been getting 8 hours of sleep and have been getting my exercise in early in the morning. So far these two lifestyle changes have been GREAT!!! I was sure to prep my meals for today.
I AM FOCUSED
84.6 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
