The weekend long trips are not helping my Keto plan. I tried to remain ‘no carbs’ maximum but there were hidden sugars like salad dressings which increased the carbs in my macro. and a scoop of ice cream after walking 9 miles in scorching heat did not help at all, gave me guilt trip
