Doing really good....I did a long workout yesterday and I am hoping to break through the 173 barrier to 169 by April 4th...that's my goal for the next week. I know I can do it too:) I am going to start getting some pilates incorporated into my workout which will help lengthen my legs and get them in tip top shape for summer:)

I can't wait~
78.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
