Well I ordered another scale, come to find out my doctors scale was wrong and they needed to have it calibrated. It was more than 12#’s off. So here is my actual weight. Glad I am over the pinched nerve in my shoulder and now Incan back to the gym. Finally getting things back to normal and to be once again losing weight.
