Day 1 of 12 week program (84) Having lunch now and drinking lots of water today. The workout for tonight looks tough and still planning to play in my soccer game at 10pm 😁. Wishing there was little more rice with the seitan.
Food scale is coming in the mail today so I am going to eat the same meals tomorrow and check them to see how close I was to the portions 😬
