Had a great vacation in Florida, spending time with my folks and relaxing after a really busy winter at work. My older daughter turned six on Easter Sunday, which she was so happy about. I had too many treats, though, and generally didn't eat as well as I know I should. I'm glad to be back home and settled into a more healthy routine.
