my diet is just gone to s**t now I'm getting addicted to sugar again and it's hard to break
83.9 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It is better not to have both but when I am craving, I go for truvia home made sweets & I bake half portions
