So It’s been a while since I’ve binged on food and I think it’s under my control now. Because before I was to controlling with myself. I would obsess over everything that wasn’t healthy and if I ever ate over my calories for the day, I would say fuck it and just binge on thousands of calories. Now, it’s under my control. And I’m honestly excited to lose the next 9 pounds
