Well, I finally put batteries in my scale. ugh.

98.2 kg Lost so far: 21.9 kg. Still to go: 18.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

I'm sure you burned a few calories shopping for the batteries and unscrewing the back panel. :) Tomorrow is another day!
