Signing up for a nutrition and fitness program. 12 weeks and lifestyle changing. Not sure when day 1 will be exactly. The coach said it will be a very specific nutrition plan so I want to try and log everything.
53.3 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
