It's frustrating. I can't seem to gain weight. It just keeps going down. And it's dangerous for me to have such a low BMI right now. I know most of you are trying to accomplish the complete opposite: gain weight so I'm not exactly a relatable person right now. You might envy me, but gaining weight isn't an easy task either. Especially when you want to do it in a healthy way and you possibly have an ED.

Does anyone have any advice for me?

Hi I’ve noticed from your pictures you’re eating very small portions and counting and measuring your food. I think you shouldn’t do that. You can gain weight in a healthy way. Eat bigger portions and eat more frequently. All extremes are bad. The same way being overweight and underweight is not healthy. I wish you the best. Try not to think of food as your enemy but as the fuel you need to live.

Hey Nikki. First off, thank you so much for responding to my update. I really appreciate that you took the time to comment. Thanks for your advice. It isn't healthy to measure portions, but I can't help myself. It's hard being undiagnosed but with a suspected ED. And because of that, food is like my enemy right now. But you're right, food is the fuel we all need as humans to live. It's really hard, but I can't give up and I'm going to try to eat bigger portions from now on. Thanks again. Your comment is giving me some hope.

I know is hard because I feel like that sometimes too even though I’m trying to lose weight. The struggle is real. Just try to stay positive. Keep posting here, I find the more support you have the easier it will get. Eat up :)

Yeah, it's definitely a struggle and staying positive sometimes feels like an absolute joke. But I do hope that things will start to get better and easier. I will keep on posting and thanks again for your support :)
