Hey, does anyone know a post workout recovery food??
65 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Banana for potassium, protein shake or chicken breast ect for protein 🙂 they’ll help your muscles recover faster, and hurt a lil less post workout

I use a protein powder for the protein/amino acids and whatever else I’m eating that day

My go-to is fried eggs and Kambucha.. protein w/ a little pro biotic for good measure :)
