Having trouble with being hungry today. So far the calories are ok and the fat/carb balance is fine, but I want something more. I can have the cup of bouillon with butter. That usually helps. (Got busy working on a story about my mother and forgot I was still hungry -- didn't need the bouillon.) Also, I haven't ridden my stationary bike yet today.
Was up early to take husband for Dr. appointment, with sitting in the office waiting. We ate at Cracker Barrel for lunch, grocery shopped and came home. I was very sleepy and took a short nap. I need to get involved in something active and non-food related.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
