I ate McDonalds last night :(. So I punished myself with a hardcore workout. It was so challenging I literaly almost passed out when I finished. Oops. lol
99.1 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
