Have logged my food for the day ahead of time. Going to eat lunch at Cracker Barrel, so have chosen chicken strip salad. I WILL NOT eat the delicious cornbread muffin.If I can skip the bread and stick to WOE, I will reward myself by buying some little non-edible gadget at the store!!! I successfully passed the cornbread test! Yay for me! I also skipped the croutons in the salad. I rewarded myself by buying a pretty peacock refrigerator magnet that will tell me every time I look at it that I can skip the bread and cornbread. And yes, I will ride my exercise bike today!And yes I did ride it!! Bouillon and cheese for supper!
