First measurement at 3pm. Will do 3pm instead of waking to see if I can get more steady Fat% numbers.

Jun 25: 82.80kg, Fat 22.8%, Muscle 60.65kg

Note: Eat meat 5am-noon. Bicycle 40min.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 45.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7.4 kg a Week
