Today morning it showed a cool 71.8; but this is my 3 day trying for a keto and i dont even know if i am in keto yet. so, as a conservative guess i will log 72.8
72.8 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
