Past week has been recovering from inflamed knees and working OT. Still logging food but not staying at my target of 1700 cal. Last night weigh in 196.5 with TOM soon. Today is my Fri will kick it into gear again tomorrow. Haven't been walking dog but keeping steps up to 10k a day.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
