I was camping this week, in the high 90s. Eating was sporadic, at best. I’m home and back on track. I’m still hoping I lose this week, but it will be tight.
107.2 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

In this heat it's sometimes hard to eat. I didn't feel like it yesterday afternoon or this am after being out in it. Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water.

The heat was horrendous. I drank so much, I sloshed. 🤪 Every area of camp keeps huge water coolers and makes sure your mugs are full. We were all stripped down to our medieval underdresses the whole war. I envy the guys, who can run around topless, in period shorts. It’s totally unfair! LOL!
