Finally able to eat solid foods...still not having solid bowel movements, but the frequency and gassiness have decreased. I knew I wasn't going to get to stay at that weight 😪 but...will continue to work on it!!
138.5 kg Lost so far: 41.4 kg.    Still to go: 63.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
