Same weight on old and new scale. I expected a loss today. Will have to see if any of these change tomorrow.
Water:51.8%, Fat:26.0%, Muscle:58.2, BMI:26.0
82.9 kg Lost so far: 45.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
