I have been very good. I did a great workout yesterday which included running for 50 minutes on the treadmill as well as a 20 minute weight training workout. I wear a heart rate monitor and that makes all the difference in the world:)
78.6 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
