1.4 pounds overnight! Sweeet. I probably won't weigh myself again until next Saturday (last weigh-in for the challenge with Dad to lose 12 pounds, which we both already passed! :))
90.4 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 22.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
