I have lost one pound since I started Friday June 1. It is slower than I thought, but it is taking time for me to eliminate sugars. Today I will try intermittent fasting. I drank Keto coffee for breakfast at 9:30 and will try to get to 3:00 without eating. I will drink lots of green tea today. Merrill was taking the grandkids to Braum's after his Dr. appointment this morning, but I declined to go. I was afraid I would not resist temptation. Tomorrow our son is taking us to a Texas Rangers baseball game for Father's Day. There will be free junk food. I need to make an eating plan!!! I can get iced tea and peanuts, and eat the hotdog but not the bun. I need to take along something else that will get me through the challenge.

This is an add-on: I couldn't get past 12:30. But, I ate a slice of cheese and am drinking my 2nd glass of green tea! So it's a partial fast! Went to town and returned about 5 pm. I ate a handful of peanuts during the trip. Checked my BS when I came home: it was 89, the lowest it has been since February. For supper, ate cabbage fried with kielbasa in coconut oil, Sesame Asian salad, and yellow squash. Finished the rest of the blueberries with sugar free whipped cream. Total kcal is 1132, RDI 87%. That doesn't seem right!
83.5 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
