So, while the keto combo is more in line, sodium was whacked by the naked taco by Taco Bell. So face wrists ankles etc experienced gross edema and exercise was not as fun! More work!
109.0 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
