Yay, down another pound! I'm so pleased. I really wasn't expecting that since there were a few times I didn't eat that great or get much exercise in this past week, but I did try and do what I could, what with my schedule being all out of whack.
I woke up a little later than I wanted, so I haven't gotten my workout in yet, and I want to do two workouts today. I'm also going to try and start doing loads of situps when I'm watching tv.
I've got a lot to get done today, so I suppose I should get started!
