I've read that it's better to have your meal AFTER a total body workout? Is this true!? I did it today although I intermittent fast 16: 8 today is more like 20: 4 and surprisingly I feel really good. I had a saute of half mini squash, cup of Napa cabbage, 1/4 c sliced mushrooms and half a jalapeno with 6oz of grilled steak And yes, I ate the whole thing! since that was my only meal I did eat a green banana fritter stuffed with ground turkey (only 1!) I don't feel guilty about eating it since I prepared it myself and I used absolutely NO OIL OR FAT in its prep (just the frying oil) and I worked out today for 2 hrs with a plastic sweat suit underneath a hoodies and sweats! Talk about drenched! I was basting like a rotisserie chicken but I feel GREAT!!!!! 😊😊😊😊
99.0 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
