運動:健走(6公里/1小時)、卷腹(100下)、滾輪(10x9下)、伏地挺身(40x2下)
心得:今天去看了日本電影〈被愛妄想症〉,覺得很有共鳴,因為我跟主角一樣,平常都活在自己的世界裡,很少和真實世界的人互動。真不知道該拿自己怎麼辦...

Question: I went to a Japanese movie titled "Tremble All You Want" today and felt I had a lot in common with the protagonist because we both live in our own worlds and have very limited interaction with people in reality. Not sure what I'm going to do with myself...
