Whoops. Not sure I ate enough yesterday. Muscle mass went up (30.4) but the scale went down a pound. The tamales were dry and disappointing, so I ate a third of one and pushed the rest away. I'm having oatmeal this morning and brought some of my favorite indulgences today: yogurt covered pretzels.

I did end up doing a pretty intense workout with the Mr. last night. He was cracking me up though: as the instructor told us to move on to the next exercise, he was still struggling to get up from the last one and exclaimed in agony: "I didn't even do the last round yet!" He also grossly mis-interpreted her call out for a deep sumo squat hold, him: "Did she say seal butt-holes?" So, a couple of exercises were missed with the giggles.

Looking forward to a quiet weekend at home, I have a lot to take care of around the house. The forecast is for it to be a hot one here, going to have to get my run in early. Everyone stay cool and safe!

My house and the great outdoors are my gym Glen! I have a pull-up bar, dumb bells, kettles, and a mat. I use Studio S boot camp videos via Amazon Prime, which kinda makes it free.
