Rapid weight loss over the last few days.

Had been doing a lot of physical activity over the last week or so (repairing my deck) and I think the water weight may have been related.
104.3 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
