First entry! Trying to get serious about taking care of my health. Hoping to try Keto for a bit to see how that goes. Struggled with my weight since about 15/16. Currently the heaviest I’ve ever been - always told myself I’d never let myself get this big but here we are! I have fatty liver, leaky gut, low energy, sleep problems and more. It’s time for a change! Tired of feeling like crap about myself and having zero energy.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
