晚餐:60公克加鹽混合堅果
運動:健走(6公里/1小時)、卷腹(100下)、滾輪(10x9下)、伏地挺身(40x2下)

Breakfast: 1 chicken salad with oil vinegar dressing; 1 fried egg; 1 small cup espresso

感覺你吃的量不大但運動量不少,可以請問你一天都攝取多少熱量嗎?

大概1200到1600大卡之間。

天啊!跟我差不多耶我一天控制在1500以內,一般我也只會做在家作肌力運動約45分鐘只要當天有加有氧,如果熱量攝取底於1300就已經感覺要昇天了,真的超佩服你的毅力跟耐力。
