Son's bday party...don't ususally drink at all and had 1/2 bottle of wine. and birthday cake got so sick. Today I am down 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that has been the only time I cheated all week. That has never happened before. So loving this.
87.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
