my weight is creeping up again so I'll now start recording what I eat. according to my BMI I should be consuming 1700 calories a day. I'm WAY over that which probably explains the weight gain

58 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Logging everything I eat seems to work for me partly, I think, because it makes me think twice about whether really want to eat it it in the first place! At least you've recognised what you are doing and it's not just the fat fairy paying you an unwanted visit. You can do this girl.
