Did really good this week, although starting tomorrow i'm on vacation for 4 days so i expect a gain back but will do my best to keep up with my workouts!
70.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
