Diddlee's Journal, 25 May 18

Nervously stepping on the scale with a feeling of having eaten too much yesterday. Surprised, and feel I need to take note of current formula.

Eating window: 6-7 first hours of the day
Food: Fatty meat, egg yolks, salt and water.
Servings: Small meals often. (Less gut strain)
Exercise: Rowing, bicycle and weights.

Muscles feel recovered today, so I now feel ready to hit the repeat button till my waist has reduced 1+ inch.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 43.9 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.8 kg a Week
