I am slowly, but steadily dropping weight. I ate steak, fries and onion rings for breakfast.
For dinner, I had a 32 oz. Pyramid Hefeweizen, BBQ ribs, mac and cheese, a stuffed potato with chili, cheese, sour cream and chives.
The difference now is portions. I rarely ever leave the table feeling like I did for 35 years! Stuffed beyond the ability to breath.
I am walking regularly, stretching and hopefully I will continue to make progress.
I am on it!
129.9 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 43.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
