I’m actually so proud of myself! I have changed so much in just 11 days! I have been on the gastric bypass alternative diet for just 11 days and I’m down 14 pounds! I have so much more energy in the mornings, I actually wake up and with in 5 mins of getting up I’m awake and ready for the day! I haven’t been like this in forever! Also on the plus side I called my dr yesterday to see when the last time I was weighed there and how much I was and it was in July 2016 and I weighed 364 pounds!! I know as of this morning weigh 319 pounds! Whoooo!
145.1 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg.    Still to go: 61.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve never heard of this before.. I just tried googling it, but cannot find details on such a diet. Could you please elaborate? I’m interested to know what you’re doing!

https://gastric.care/ Go to this website and it will tell you the info you need :) you have to be ready to lose the weight and follow all the rules, a little pricy but it works!! My mom did it last year and lost 60 pounds in 2 months! She so much healthier now! So far in 11 days I’ve lost 14 pounds! Seeing the results is all you need for the determination 😍
